As our products are personalised we unfortunately cannot accept any refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.
If you receive your item and it is faulty, please contact us within 10 business days and advise what the fault is with photos if possible. We will then organise the item to be returned to us and determine resolution with you. We will do our best to exchange your item if there is a manufacturing fault depending on whether we have the item in stock.
When washing your products, please follow instructions on website so there is no issues caring for garments.
